Andre Niemeyer. 1969 Brazil

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Andre Niemeyer has worked and exhibited in Europe, Brazil and the US since the early '90s. A designer by education and a textile colourist by trade, Niemeyer has also found artistic success with paintings, photographs and illustrations that rely on an aesthetic sensitivity that is clearly rooted in his fashion background. Niemeyer's work has appeared in both solo and group shows in Paris and New York as well as in various magazines. Niemeyer now lives and works in Paris.
